I honestly didn't compare places for my wedding at all. I directly chose Ritz Carlton PP (the ballroom) for the venue and secure the date last year back then in Q1 2023 for my wedding at January 14 2024. The location is very strategic, and the ballroom is very gorgeous.Mas Irwan helped me and fasa throughout my preparation for the D day. Not only for the wedding day (venue and food (including test food) but also residences and hotel room for our family and even for the wedding organizers!). I got compliments by several people for the food (because mas irwan recommended some of the menu). I got mix indonesian and also western for the menu. For me, food and the venue is very important because it will be remembered by the guests.

The staff are very responsive, helpful, and kind, especially Pipip. She was diligent, forwarded us detailed information, and promptly answered all of our questions. They were clear and transparent at every step of our process. The food was great! They were even flexible in adjusting our menu for our reception and worked with us to get the items we really wanted. Our venue, the glass house, was very nice. It was bright and airy. The hotel residences had plenty of space, were comfortable and clean, and were perfect for all of us to prepare on the day of the wedding. They made our experience as stress free as possible and we would highly recommend them, as we felt taken care of by Pipip and the rest of the staff.

We were connected with Pipip and the services that were given from the first meeting until the day itself was great! All of the staff gave top-notch services, and the experience of arranging the wedding from food testing, site survey and technical meeting with vendors were amazing! We wanted to thank Pipip and Ritz Carlton team for the amazing services and facilities that were given to us that really made us felt special in our wedding day! For sure Ritz Carlton in Pacific Place will be one of the places that we hold dear to our heart for all the memories and experience! Highly recommended for those that are looking for a great venue with great services and experience! They will definitely take care of you and the wedding vendor team to curate the best experience possible!
