What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
There’s no additional charge for not meeting the minimum. However, your purchase will be at our standard retail price.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the nature of our packaged food products, we accept returns as long as the items remain unopened and you provide an unboxing video (for courier deliveries). Customized products are non-refundable. Please make any claims within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll arrange for a partial refund.
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery time is typically 15-21 business days, starting from the confirmation of design and receipt of the down payment. The final payment is due upon delivery. Please note, if the order is canceled, the down payment is non-refundable.

How far in advance should your client make an order?
We recommend placing your order 2-4 months in advance. Our tea blends are freshly made based on your order to ensure the best quality. To avoid longer storage times, we suggest delivery a maximum of 1 month before your wedding day.
What is your payment terms?
Our payment terms are simple: a 50% deposit is required after the design is confirmed, with the final payment due upon delivery.
