What is your payment terms?

We require a 50% down payment at least one month before your wedding day to secure your booking. The remaining balance should be settled no later than one day before your wedding. This ensures everything is prepared perfectly for your special day.

When was your business established?

Our business started in 2023, offering live portrait painting at weddings and live portrait illustrations for a Duty-Free Shop event in Bali. Since then, we’ve grown significantly, creating over a thousand portrait paintings within a year. This rapid growth reflects our dedication to providing unique, high-quality art experiences that leave lasting impressions.

The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be 1-2 months prior the wedding

We charge based on packages, with each package offering different options tailored to your needs.
