We couldn't have better things to say about working with Private WO and team. Throughout the planning process, they were attentive, organized and resourceful.
Since we are doing combined event, which is celebration wedding and Acara Syukuran Keluarga (family celebration) Private helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me, my hubby, and my family on track for our big day, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. (Although yeah, we have so many requests prior to the event : )
On our wedding day, me and my family knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because and her team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we choose Private WO to help us throughout our wedding planning. The guests commented on how the sequence and flow of the event is very smooth and organized.

What wedding planning services do you offer?
We are known as the wedding planner that provides planning and execution with the maximum result and fit to customer requirements. Start from budgeting, planning vendors, design consultation and assistance to specific matters that will free you from lots of problems . The ideas and creative solutions has always been a challenge for us.
In addition to the wedding planner, we are also known as the wedding organizer on the day that is able to handle the wedding with great detail. Please see video testimonials from our customers.
Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
Most of our wedding with international style regardless of religious background.
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? Min? Max?
Average ranges from 500 - 2000 pax. But in several occasions we handle 3000 - 4000 guests.
How many weddings do you plan a year?
We limit the number of wedding planner to deliver maximum results for each Client. But for Wedding Organizer On The Day we serve in moderate numbers.
Do you plan weddings internationally?
We are ready for this challange.
How soon should I book your services?
Usually we should meet to explain our program, then after that we get into an offering and dealing payment. Sooner better to reserve our service to you.
What is required for booking your services?
It needs only the approval of our offering letter and down payment.
How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
All in accordance with the rundown of the event. If we are required in the morning, so we had to be ready at a time when needed. We served until reception completion and handover completed.
