Do you provide delivery services?
For Jakarta area, we’ll try our best to deliver it by ourself & for the area outside Jakarta, we’ll use the delivery courier or expedition to deliver it.
What are your delivery times?
The delivery usually 4-9 days if using the courier or expedition, may vary according to them.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
Preferably 3-6 months prior to the wedding.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
50% after confirmation of contract, 40% upon the final delivery and 10% after the event (to be confirmed later).

Our business started way back in March 2019.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
50 packs, for those who want to order under 50 packs, we can discuss about it

What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
If your order is not reaching the minimum, we will charge 10% of full amount
