Wedding Organizer tutup h-30 Pernikahan di Masa Pandemi
Saya tidak paham, tapi tautan W THE ORGANIZER dari (https://www.instagram.com/wtheorganizer/) mengarahkan saya ke sini, jadi biarlah saya tuliskan di sini kekecewaan saya terhadap 'W The Organizer'.
Mohon maaf ya sebelumnya, saya kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan W THE ORGANIZE. Saya sudah cukup sabar, titik kesabaran saya habis di refund saja anda masih cicil. Kecewa sekali saya, you basically ruined the most important day of my life.
Begini saja, saya ceritakan dari awal, 20 Desember, saya bertanya dan kemudian tidak lama setelah itu, anda mengiyakan di harga 23 juta untul 'full service'. 'Full service', ya. Saya tanyakan pada anda, bisa tidak menghandle tim dengan tentara, anda bilang bisa, ya.
Setelah DP payment, saya minta sederhana sekali pada anda, siapkan presentasi di depan bapak-bapak tentara. Anda tidak siapkan apa-apa. Itu pertama, ya. Mungkin buat anda rapat pertama itu oke-oke saja. Tapi, buat saya. Gagal total. Saya sudah minta buat slides, buat penjelasan awal, buat daftar galir. Pekerjaan saya juga mengharuskan saya paham hal-hal seperti itu. Kedua, masa groom yang harus buat contohnya seperti apa, karena tek-tok anda lama sekali, baru anda lanjutkan. Mungkin anda tidak mau ya bekerja ikut 'alur' klien. Saya mafhum. Saya sudah minta dengan jelas pun excel diperbaiki, lama sekali anda respon, sampai groom yang harus betulkan.
Ini saya belum bicara berapa kali saya harus adu argumentasi hanya karena komunikasi anda buruk sekali dengan keluarga, dengan bride & groom, dan dengan tim besar yang notabene 'kolega papa saya semuanya'.
Saya paham, mungkin ya, ini mungkin, anda maunya pakai pola kerja anda, tapi yang harus anda pahami, kalau anda sudah mengiyakan model kerja dengan tim tentara, anda harus paham etiket bekerja dengan mereka, bukan di grup bilang 'halo?' ada bahasa-bahasa yang harus anda pahami di mana anda bekerja bersama. Kevin ajak anda ketemu, kabar dari Kevin yang saya dapat, anda bilang: “Nggak tahu mau kerja apa, dibalikin saja uangnya, karena merasa tidak memberikan jasa maksimal.” Tidak pantas, sebagai WO, anda berkata demikian, kalau ya, kenapa berubah jadi 50% di akhir?
Saya sudah mengiyakan. Groom saja yang bilang tidak.
Tolong dicatat, saya sudah mengiyakan, tapi dilanjutkan karena groom got you covered di depan Ibu saya.
Saya tahu mungkin anda merasa bukan tugas anda, ketika mengurus-urus refund. For that, my apologize, but the rest of it, parah sekali.
Setelah pandemi, okelah, kita sama-sama tahu, semuanya sama-sama susah. Empati saya masih bekerja, apalagi ketika anda memberi kabar bahagia, akan punya anak. Tapi, tolonglah, tidak begitu anda memperlakukan klien.
Anda harusnya cukup tahu lah berapa keluarga kami mengeluarkan biaya untuk acara yang tidak jadi. Tidak jadi, ya. Karena kami tidak mau 'gambling' demi gengsi saja, biar ada acara. Kesehatan nomor satu. Anda juga paham hal itu.
Tapi, tolonglah, sebulan menuju acara gereja, anda ke mana? Tidak ada loh, yang anda urus satupun. Tidak ada. Saya minta anda jelaskan detail gereja juga, saya yakin anda tidak bisa. Karena, ya, memang tidak diurus detail. Hanya persoalan tanya administrasi GPIB Paulus saja. Untuk itu, saya hanya ingin tanya, bisa-bisanya anda minta refund 50% untuk acara yang bahkan sama sekali tidak anda urus? Maaf pun tidak.
Mari kita hati ke hati lagi, saya tidak tahu bagaimana komunikasi anda dengan gereja, tapi ketika kami ke gereja, tata ibadah pun kami yang urus sendiri, belum lagi kita bicara dengan limited health protocols, ya. Mungkin anda hanya tidak mau ribet saja.
Lagi dan lagi, bisa-bisanya anda tanpa minta maaf, mengabari WO tutup, dan minta 50%?
Saya tekankan, ya, anda hubungi gereja itu, sudah beres, karena saya dan Kevin bolak-balik gereja tiga kali dari Cibubur ke Menteng. Cibubur ke Menteng, ya. Jelas saja, anda telepon sudah beres, ya wong sudah kami bereskan. Tapi, tidak ada itikad baik anda untuk menanyakan kejelasan vendor-vendor lain selama pernikahan. Aturan-aturan pernikahan. Tidak ada empati. Untuk vendor yang menawarkan jasa, zero empathy. Saya hanya bilang, mungkin itu yang anda perlukan. Empati. Saya urus semua dengan groom. Semua, dan bisa-bisanya anda minta refund 50%?
Sampai saya harus memanggil teman saya, menggantikan peran anda. Dia mengerjakan dengan detail, sesuai keinginan saya, daftar list, excel, you name it, bisa saya berikan, untuk contoh anda, jadi bukan excel sembarang dan lama yang anda buat – dan sampai ada nama groom/bride belum diganti.
Saya tutup dengan fakta: okelah, Ayah saya bilang tidak apa-apa 50%, hitung-hitung amal kebaikan untuk kalian, tapi Ayah saya bilang, saya kutip: “Bilang langsung transfer semua saja, jangan dicicil.” Tapi, tetap saja, dicicil. Dan lagi-lagi, tetap saja, saya tidak rela. Hari yang seharusnya paling saya ingat, jadi berantakan sekali, dan tidak terlupakan ya. Walaupun 50%. Untuk semua waktu, energi, emosi yang harus saya dan groom tanggung sampai acara kami terlaksana. It wasn't even close to worth it. Tapi, saya coba relakan. Untuk WIlson dan Sharen tahu saja.
