Since the first time I spoke with them via Google meet due to my location being abroad, I knew that I could trust their professionalism and experience to guide me through the process of selecting and communicating with various different vendors, and to take full charge on the wedding day. They always acted professional and made me and my family feel calm and heard (very important especially as a bride) when it came to decision making process, budgeting, making sure that the vendors truly delivered and facilitated what I needed not just during the wedding day but leading up to the wedding from day one. They're always very responsive, attentive and accommodating especially given our time difference especially during the wedding planning. What I like the most about them is that they were always being truthful and honest about what was actually important and advise me on various decisions without overstepping what I really wanted. Never for once we attended a destination wedding in Bali before, yet we had a dream to make a magical party next to the sea especially cliff facing west to enjoy the sunset. The first meeting we had, we explained what we wanted and amazingly the team came up with a detailed list of options and budgets. We were already amazed at the first glance. To select the place, they even recommended one venue which we never expected to be the one we chose. They patiently accompanied us to check more than ten venues, explained the pros and the cons which impact the budget. It was a bit too much for us to digest, but we were definitely thankful for the recommendation in Kamaya Bali Wedding. Throughout the planning, they were super proactive in discussing every details and even without us asking, they reminded us on the backlogs we had. Though we only contacted each other through the phone, since we live in Surabaya and the wedding is being held in Bali, BWP really handled and prepared everything for us from the beginning to the very end, all to perfection.
