PRE-WEDDING SERVICES: - Consultation - Conduct preliminary meetings - Source and propose related vendors for wedding ceremony and reception (Caterer, Florist and Decorator, Photographer/Videographer, Entertainer, Sound and Lighting Supplier, Make-up Artist and others) - Propose and booking accommodation for wedding group if required - Book and organize all transportation required for the wedding, include airport transportation and transportation on wedding day - Provide ground assistance for all selected vendors from outside Bali if required. Any cost(s) incurred will be discussed and agreed in advance among parties and will be charged separately - To work and coordinate with all mutually agreed vendors in developing creative ideas, theming and concept - Liaise with venues management and all vendors prior to the wedding date in term of logistic and schedule of events - Propose and prepare the itinerary of the event in consultation with you, venues and selected vendors - Prepare all required forms (rooming list, guests list, seating plan, contact list, photo list and others) - Brief and work together with appointed bridal party and family committee or traditional leader if any - Organize and conduct Technical/Coordination Meeting and General Rehearsal attended by selected vendors, appointed bridal party, related family member/traditional leader. WEDDING DAY SERVICES - Coordinate the whole events together with the venue and vendors on wedding day only - Work closely with all related vendors, bridal party and family committee from preparation until the party finished - Time keeper & traffic controller, to ensure all services provided by each vendor are delivered - Assistance by Bali Wedding Paradise team on wedding day to covers: Bride and Groom assistance; Food and beverage coordination; Set up and decoration supervisor; Documentation, Entertainment, transportation/ logistic coordination and also an Event Manager - Transportations for Bali Wedding Paradise team are included. Any transportation for vendors and meals for Bali Wedding Paradise team and vendors will be at cost.
