We are starting our custom gift business back in 2014, starting from our own passion to personalized gift for others. Due to so many request about laser cut invitation, we spread our wings to invitation business (seriously) in 2018.

We, at Paperonette, are sisters with a love of craftsmanship and details. We already started making simple gifts or cards for our family or friends, even when we were still in school. We love making custom and personalized gift, because it does make people feel loved and we find it very exciting to have people's honest reaction having our gifts. In November 2014, Paperonette was established so we can help more people to have a personalized gift.

Since we make a personalized gift, we will need lots of information and resources to develop your story into a beautiful Paperonette piece. The ideal time to place an order is 2 weeks prior to your D-Day.

We usually charge an artwork based on the request and difficulties.

What is your payment terms?
This is how we do it:
1. We will start designing your Paperonette piece after receiving 50% of the total amount as down payment.
2. A digital preview will be sent for your approval before we start the production process.
3. After the production process is done, we will send you a photo of your final piece.
4. 50% balance payment + delivery cost should be paid before we deliver the the final piece.
