No, we ensure the highest quality before delivery. If there are defects, simply let us know and we commit to ensuring your wedding day is a pleasant one. However, you cannot ask for refund once order has been placed. We seek your kind understanding, as we offer customised services and we commit to paying our marginalised women at fair wages upon start of production.
What are your delivery times?
Lead time for production is typically 4 weeks to 6 weeks.
What makes your services unique?
We are a member of Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE). We have been getting support from influencers such as Hayley Woo, Joanna Lim, MDS founder Georgiana Yeo to help promote the stylish social-conscious handmade products out of goodwill with goals of changing the perception amongst Singaporeans that such products are "ugly and purchased for charitable act".
We seek your understanding that our product prices are unable to match those machine-manufactured product prices as our disadvantaged artisans usually work in small groups of women in co-operatives and we work with VWOs and social enterprises to ensure training provided and fair wages paid to them.
Nonetheless, you will definitely be assured of high quality personalized handicraft work, which makes your wedding day not only unique, but contributing to a great cause.

Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
50% upon order is placed to start production; remaining 50% to be paid upon delivery.
When was your business established?
We launched our platform on Valentine's day in year 2015 and is a member of Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE). matcha5 is an online marketplace exclusive to disadvantaged artisans who make crafts for a living. We work with VWOs and social enterprises to ensure training provided and fair wages paid to them.
Our pool of marginalised women are capable of doing stitching, sewing, crocheting or even weaving. matcha5 is able to provide customised product design according to customer's wedding theme and preferences. We also include packaging and story card to tell the story of the artisans behind your gift.
