Mamoru definitely delivers not only high top quality souvenirs, but also put them in these pretty boxes and wrap them nicely. kerjanya sangat rapih. very reasonable price as well. and to put a cherry on top, Maydelin is super understanding! so nice to work with especially in times like these where uncertainty definitely plays a big role in wedding planning. when we first postponed our wedding, she was one of the first vendors that, without any question asked, agreed to delay the process. she even sent us samples of colors, material, etc to our home knowing that we would be too afraid to go to outside, especially during the second half of 2020 when the covid case number was skyrocketing. Mamoru puts 110% effort and it shows. She works with our budget and understand our needs and include us in every process. (: thank you so much! :D

She always responded quickly to our queries and provided updates to make sure we were worry-free. During the process, she accommodated all of our ideas and presented lots of options as well as provided feedbacks to make sure we were satisfied, without compromising on the product quality while maintaining the price to be within our budget. One of the key feature that we most appreciated from her was that she always accommodated our requests and visualized them so we could see the estimation of how the final product would look like. Not every vendors are willing to go this extra mile and working with her has allowed us to proceed with our decisions comfortably. She even gave us bonus to enhance the look of the products and delivered the goods to our house to make sure we had one less problem, knowing that we were well taken care of. If you are looking for the perfect souvenir for your guests, i highly suggest that you choose Mamoru. Not only they have great selection of souvenir, but the excellent customer service really takes the whol experience to another new level. Mamoru really puts an effort to make sure im satisfied with the color and design of the box. She sent me different sample of boxes n colors to make sure that i get what i really want. Most importantly during this pandemic, Mamoru is very cooperative and understanding towards me who kept changing my wedding date. All in all, Mamoru price is affordable but deliver an expensive look to my souvenir. Thank u Mamoru!
