Do you provide delivery services?
Instant courrier for Jakarta & Tangerang area is available. For outside Jakarta & Tangerang we will use other thype of courrier services.
Do you ship worldwide?
However due to tax regulations, to ship to other countries will have more risk of delayed arrival time.
Do you offer samples?
We’d love to. We can send out samples to your home if you want or you can also come to smell and consult directly in person.
What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
The charge price will be upon request.
Do you have a return policy?
To make sure everything run smoothly on your important dates, we will deliver the goods way ahead of your big day. In case there are defects when client receive the products, we will be responsible for it. Defects are not including change of smell or change of wordings or change of color. We will only cover if the wax melts or breaks.
What are your delivery times?
Usually 1-2 weeks before the big day.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
3 months is a nice timing to book your wedding favors. Once the date and theme are set, we can work from there.

What is your payment terms?
30% as down payment. 70% 2 months before delivery date.
