What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
If you order less then our minimum requirements, we will need to charge an extra 10% from the full amount.
Do you have a return policy?
No. We're really sorry cause our product Customized Soy wax candle so we can't guarantee a return. If your candle breaks on the way of delivery, yes we will replace a new one.
What are your delivery times?
Because we're customized product, Delivery is usually 8-10 days after all the orders have been completed. If you need less than 8 days, do not hestitate to contact us.
