The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be atleast a months or a weeks

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We usually take breaks on meal time, but on our hearts we assure you that we don't leave our clients back!

10% after confirmation of contract, 30% after the event, and 60% upon the final delivery.
