How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We give the same day edit video on the day in a flash drive. If there will be any revision request from the couple, we can upload the revised one online where the couple can download. :)
What is your payment terms?
10,000 Pesos to reserve the date and the remaining balance must be settled two weeks before the wedding.

How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
A total of 5. Three videographers, 1 Production Assistant, and the Editor.
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
Yes
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
We don't direct couples. We let them be who they are as a couple and we shoot for raw emotions and real moments.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Credit card payment, Cheques
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
No We make sure that when you book us for your wedding day, we will be there.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Ideally, couple should book us 6 1 12 months before the big day.

Yes
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We usually request clients to provide 2 decent meals for the team. It depends on the time of the ceremony. The couple need not to worry as when the team will take a break.

Yes
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per day. the 85,000 is for the entire day already.
