What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We use nly Girgar Butter and real vanilla beans. Fresh fruit is always used unless not in season

On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
7 - 30 days depending on the design of the cake. Always as much notice as possible is always best.

What is your payment terms?
50% deposit upon booking, with 50% balance 2 weeks prior to delivery
