What services does your venue provide?

we have 3 kinds of buffet package and 1 for find dinning package, its depend on your wedding concept.

What settings does your venue provide? (indoor/ outdoor)

basically we have outdoor venue but it covered with clear tent, so you still can see the view of the clear skies, the chapel itself is surrounding by full of glass wall so you can feel the outdoor ambiance without worrying the weather.

Do you have onsite catering?

all the food & beverage is provide by the hotel itself, we can allow the outside catering with some policy.

What types of cuisine does your venue specialize in?

we provide International and Asian menu with western specialize cuisine

we allow the outside catering with some term and condition which base on our policy

Do you offer an onsite wedding consultant?

we do not provide any wedding planner or consultant, but we usually suggest a vendor

What is your payment terms?

- The non refundable first down payment of Rp. 25.000.000 is required to confirm the space within one week of the booking confirmation - 50% payment from total estimation must be paying 2 month before. - Full payment of the balance is required 1 month prior.

Bank transfer, Credit card payment, Cash

How far in advance should your client make a booking?

i suggest you to book more than 6 months in advance, especially for saturday and any other special date for wedding

outdoor area that covered with clear tent complete win indoor space to do some holly ceremonial, Located on the 7th floor our Champaca wedding venue provides both indoor chapel and semi-outdoor with maximum capacity 400 persons, surrounded by the magnificent valley of Ciumbuleuit valley.
