Dress Quality Warning!

BRIDES BEWARE!!!! I got a dress from One Day Bridal recently... I had been warned by friends about the quality of their dresses but I went there anyway and it has been a DISASTER. The quality of the manufacturing and material is absolutely horrible and the design of the dress had changed after I ordered it. The quality is so bad it can't be worn, and now they are refusing to give me a refund. Absolutely appalling. I strongly encourage you to take these reviews seriously - I didn't listen and I wish I did!!

How far in advance should your client contact you?

We like to have our clients booked in nine months before their wedding as we need to ensure five months for the construction of the gown. We think away where around twelve months before the wedding is a good time to start the search.

What makes your services unique?

One Day Bridal is boasts an experience like no other. We believe finding our wedding dress is such an important process in planning your wedding and therefore we work on a personal level with all of our clients. We believe the fit of the gown is one of the most important aspect in a wedding dress which is why we require a number of fittings. We use high quality fabrics to ensure the perfect finish.

What payment systems are available for your business?

Bank transfer, Credit card payment, Cheques, Cash
