What do your packages include?
Our packages includes photography (indoor/studio/outdoor), printed photos on canvas, and album.
Do you work overseas?
Yes, we work overseas as well.

Our packages includes for 10 working hours per day.

Yes, the charge for another extra hours is Rp.11,500,000,-/package

Yes, we do provide copies of all the digital files (in low-resolution) for the clients.

Our business started way back from 2004.
What is your payment terms?
50% (non-refundable) after confirmation of quotation and contract, 50% before the event.

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
For the wedding day, we basically just go with the flow and take everything organically & naturally. As for the pre-wed photoshoot the assembled team - mostly me (photographer), and the stylist direct the shoot.
What rate do you usually charge at?
we charged per event/per day, depending on the package that's picked out by the bride and groom.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
All non-edited files will be sent one-two days after the wedding day. For album proof, usually will take about 4 weeks after the wedding day.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
We tend to do our post-production required us to pay strict attention to detail in every aspect of our process, that consists from selecting photos, detailed editing process, and final album production. Usually it will takes about 3 months process after the wedding.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for the client to contact us, 6-12 months prior the wedding date and the least is 3 months before the wedding.
What makes your services unique?
We capture the essence of the event by working closely with the client throughout. Every event is unique and we look to capture it individually.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Our policy on taking breaks are decided based on the D-day rundown (which usually are informed at the technical meeting or way before D-day). Usually our clients provies meal for our team, but our team can take care of their own meals, as long as it was informed before D-day.

We do not direct our clients. We just follow through the procession and follow them along the way.
