We are super grateful for the team at Grand Hyatt Jakarta, especially Bu Nunuk for helping us since day 1. They generously gave us a lot of bonuses such as extra meeting rooms to use, and they were very kind in accommodating a lot of our requests in terms of layouts, menu, and others. The food was delicious, we even got the whole sampler sent to our bridal suite after the event so that we could enjoy them. The team also worked very well with our other vendors to ensure that the day went by smoothly. Once again, thank you Grand Hyatt Jakarta team!

Assisted by Ci Shannon, omgggg she isss soooooooo nice!!!!! Actually, my husband dreamed of having his wedding celebrated at Grand Hyatt Jakarta when he was still young and oh we really got to celebrate it there!!! The hotel itself is really clean, even though it's old but it's soooo spacey, classic, yet sooo elegant. I can't comment bad about the food as ALLLLLLLL ISSS SOOOOOOO GEWDDDD compared to other hotels hehehehe. All crews are good & helping!!! The stairs at the lobby make this hotel look even grander :):) We never regret choosing Grand Hyatt as our choice of wedding venue. On Five, Grand Hyatt offers intimate atmosphere and enchanting views that will give you unforgettable celebration. We were there to provide tiffany chair and chair cover rentals for Joe & Julie Taslim's 10th anniversary. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They helped us to organize the chairs and showed us the most convenient exits to transport the chairs. The night view was even more amazing; night skies and Jakarta's skyscrapers. Our staff was very excited to have pictures taken with the lovely Joe and Julie with beautiful backgrounds :) Highly recommend this place for those who want an intimate semi outdoor wedding!

Only a few wedding venues in Jakarta that you can get indoor & outdoor atmosphere in one place. Especially when we expected five star facilities. Grand Hyatt Jakarta definitely the one that stand out among the crowd. Located strategically in the heart of Jakarta, make everyone know where it is. Few months ago, one of our client held a wedding reception in Grand Hyatt at Residence on Five. For us, capturing their moment in that venue, was amazing, we can get a night view of the glamorous & sparkling building lights in Jakarta, also the indoor giving us another atmosphere that reflected more private party. For photographer like us, doing our job in this beautiful venue, make our job 50% easier, and as an additional value, during the free time, we can get rest and having some refreshments in mall that we can access directly through the hotel. What I couldn't ask for more.. ☺ To me, definitely I will recommend to our client to celebrate their big day there!

My husband and I had the most extraordinary experience right from the start til the D day. We couldnt ask for more!!! Right before the actual planning starts, we were provided with such excellent hospitality from Ibu Umi. She gave her all in through it all. And the result was amazing. And as for the venue itself, needless to say that the location couldn't be more perfect. But we want something different than other weddings, something not so enclosed but comfortable, grand but intimate, simple yet special, And there we had it, at Residence onFive, we had not one but hundreds of compliments about the food, the venue, the dedication of all staff members. And for all this, we'd like to extend our gratitude to the whole grand hyatt jakarta management.
