We are intrigued how they could offer custom wedding ring since we wanted the wedding ring to be engraved and most vendors would require us to have diamonds whilst we did not want diamonds for the rings as we will use it for everyday activities. But FROM could deliver what we have imagine wedding rings would look like. Kudos to you guys!

We had our engagement and wedding rings made by FROM, and we had a pleasant experience. The FROM team was very helpful in determining the perfect rings for us, choosing the stones, and giving suggestions for the materials. The communication went well, and the rings are lovely.

I got the engagement ring from here, and I needed to resize the ring because it was too big. One staff member here suggested 14 and then resized to 9.5. They said working days 5-10 days, but its more than 10 days, after I got the size, it has small black in my ring! Worst service and ring ever, even if they have client influencer, they got the best service, and were not.

The products are okay. Their customer service seemed okay at the beginning. Got disappointed for the first and second time we visited the showroom- the person was not nice at all- but that’s all fine maybe it’s just her personality. Needed to resize our rings- they told us it’ll be done in 5 days. Even wrote the project deadline on the invoice. Five working days passed- nothing. Messaged them after 2 weeks, they said it’s done and they just need to re-engrave it. Waited for another week, no news. I send them a long message asking about the project status. They replied to me saying it’s almost done. I asked for an appointment to pick up the rings in 2 days (because they only open on Mon/Wed/Fri) Got the appointment on Friday (they even re-confirmed the appointment saying that they got our rings at the showroom). Friday came. I showed up on time. Knocked on their door, someone opened and I said ‘I’m here for my pick-up appointment’ and she said ‘MAAF PICK UP APA YA?’ OMG I almost lost it. Turned out she’s not even their staff- and no one else was in that day! I wasted my time waiting for her to contact the ‘actual’ staff to find out where they store my rings. After I finally got the rings, I even checked the size by myself with their sizer (the poor lady had to search for the sizer first LOL). I didn’t know if they did that to me on purpose. No single text message after that. No apology. Horrible. Overall, we are disappointed. Please don’t treat other customer like this. Maybe you treat your ‘influencer clients’ better than this- please do that to everyone.
