What do your packages include?
Our packages include photography service, videography service, and customized printed media such as canvas, wedding / prewedding album, printed photo + frame, etc. Our packages do not include wedding gown nor make up artist, but we can give you some recommendations. Exceptionally our overseas pre-wedding package sometimes includes make up artist.
Do you work overseas?
Yes, we do work overseas. Actually we are always excited about it :)
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we have qualified ones so we still can deliver the same quality.
Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
We charge based on package mostly.
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, we provide all digital files.
Do you always have overseas pre-wedding trip package?
We occasionally make overseas pre-wedding package. When we do, it is usually coupled with some promo discount. However if you are a couple who have your own idea of pre-wedding pictures with your own destination and schedule, we are open to make it happen, especially to a place we never been before, we are very excited to explore. We can make singular package to offer to you.

What is your payment terms?
DP 1 : 50% and final payment : 1 week before the wedding day . Actually, you can negotiate the payment method too :)
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Credit card payment, Cash
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We direct them with they best angles and best view. For Prewedding we usually made a rundown for them to make sure everything looks good in every moments.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We have a basic package and custom package, tell us more your needs :)
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
We usually take 1 week preview after the event and give all files to be chosen by the clients.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Depending the requirements of the clients, we usually take 2-3 months for final album and 4-5 months for final video.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
6-12 months is good for prepare all the things.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our clients provide the meal but our team can take care ourself as long as they informed before the D Day..
