Before Sunrise Wedding

We decided on having a destination wedding in Bali about 10 months out - and was worried it wasnt enough as having a full 1 year to plan. But when we found BFS, they assured us everything was good, and they got this. From the moment we had the first video call with them, it was nothing but good vibes that put us at ease and made us enjoy the planning process (truly felt like planning with a bunch of friends!). We had our own ideas and sometimes were lost on what to do with them, but they always managed to streamline and refine it further till it was perfection. Our wedding also highlighted a lot of local Balinese culture in terms of deco and performances, and they recommended vendors and acts that truly hit the spot. All of our guests (and us) were mind blown and said our wedding was the best they have ever attended. To Anastasia & Davina, your professionalism is unmatched, and your execution is amazing. Thank you for thinking of all the little details and gifting us with our own assistants on the day that made things super easy (our bridal party could really enjoy the day without fussing about little tasks!) . You were a very important part in making this one day a lifetime memory for us and all of your guests. We wish you nothing but the best. Perhaps, we can work together for our 10th year wedding anniversary ;) MATUR SUKSMA!!

We were initially quite overwhelmed with the choice of wedding planners in Bali, but once we spoke to BFS, they made it easy for us to understand the steps required to plan and hold an event in Bali. Anastasia and Davina were always responsive on WhatsApp during the process which was comforting. They recommended different vendors, and were also open to us selecting our own vendors, who theyd provide their professional opinion on and then manage for us. The wedding day was perfect, with everything going very smoothly. They had a number of assistants that ensured everything ran well on the day. Overall Anastasia and Davina were fantastic, and I could recommend them to others.

Davina and Tasia were absolutely phenomenal to work with, I can't possibly recommend them enough. From planning through to the day of the wedding they brought great insights, positivity and energy and sure that everyone (and I mean everyone - bridal couple, parents, guests, and more) were well looked after. We were incredibly fortunate to have such a memorable wedding and Davina and Tasia's hard work was a big part in making that happen. Thank you both 😁

My wedding was planned since early 2019 even before BFS was formed, at that time they were the in house wedding planner from the villa at our venue, I don't know what made us choose them as our wedding planner 🙈, for sure communication with them was very smooth. It was very unexpected that through a long process and drama due to the COVID-19 pandemic and uncertain venue regulations, we were forced to postpone the event 2 times until it finally took place on April 24, 2021 and BFS remained loyal to calm and provide solutions. They work very professionally, even we feel like OUR BEST FRIENDS are organizing events for us 😘😘😘 We highly recommend BFS for any of your special days.
