Before Sunrise Wedding is responsible to provide services below during the planning period in which will begin as soon as the deposit is received. The scope of works are, but not limited to: 1. Vendor recommendation & booking 2. Budget, timeline & vendor management 3. Payment distribution & tracking 4. Unlimited suggestion & advice during the planning period 5. Lay-out & rundown generation 6. Conducting rehearsal & technical meeting During the wedding day, Before Sunrise Wedding agrees to provide services as below: 1. Stand by 1 hour before the first event on the wedding timeline starts or after 6 am (which one occurs first), during the event, and be the last person to leave after the event. 2. Provide on the day crews for wedding day: Floor Manager (PIC), Assistant floor manager, Bride’s & Groom’s assistant, Bride’s & Groom’s Family assistant, FOH Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, Registration Coordinator, Transport Coordinator. 3. Before Sunrise Wedding will be responsible for the event timeline and all respective issues that might occur on the day of the event. 4. Before Sunrise Wedding will give the best problem solving for both vendor and client’s side (refer to point 3). 5. Meal box (lunch & dinner) for the WO crews on the day of the event. During the engagement (sangjit) day, Before Sunrise Wedding agrees to provide services as below: 1. Stand by 4 hours before the event starts, during the event, and be the last person to leave after the event. 2. Provide on the day crews for Floor Manager, Bride’s Assistant, Groom’s Assistant, FOH & Set Up Coordinator. 3. Before Sunrise Wedding will be responsible for the event timeline and all respective issues that might occur on the day of the event 4. Before Sunrise Wedding will give the best problem solving for both vendor and client’s side (refer to point 3)
