GIVASAÉ Flower Specialist

Jujur aku deal sama Givasae karena kebetulan mereka ikut event Bridestory Fair dan disana dapat potongan harga, tapi ya memang mereka sudah terkenal juga sih, jadi salah satu pilihan vendor bouquet yang aku consider. Aku client ribet, banyak maunya, tapi mereka mau dengerin concern aku dan pada akhirnya bikinin bouquet beserta perintilan lainnya yang cakep banget, unik, anti mainstream pokoknya! Cocok buat kamu yang ingin bouquet cakep yang one of a kind, owner nya sangat enak diajak berdiskusi dan aku memang highly suggest discuss dengan owner sih. Untuk harga, kalau dibandingkan vendor lain yang selevel ya, harga Givasae termasuk make sense, discussable. Overall, love banget Givasae, buat service nya. Puas!

Ordered 1 bride bouquet, 1 boutonnaire, 4 flower bracelets (2 for siblings, 2 for moms) \n\nRequested a white-dusty blue tone with a hint of burgundy for the bouquet (my wedding colour are dusty blue and burgundy). 2 dusty blue bracelets and 2 burgundy bracelets. I even sent them some image references including one that they posted on their own IG. We discussed about the flower options, I asked for blue tulip on my bouquet and we agreed on little dry leaves as the 'hint of burgundy'.\n\nDay H arrived, lo and behold, I got a colourful bouquet instead of my white-blue. Super surprised with it as I really hate a colourful wedding bouquet.\nThe blue tulips were there (only 4 and all are bud), very little white and somehow a lot of burgundy including 3 red orchids. The flower selections are ok, I mean, they are not cheap flowers but I just hoped that they consider the tone and minimize the type of the flowers used there.\n\nThe bracelets are mainly white with a bit of blue tone and red leaves. Again, not what I expected (I specifically asked that they use real red flower on the burgundy bracelets and they said yes). \n\nFew of the flowers looking dead after only 1 hour of arrival. Some of the orchids leaves were broken. We told them about this and they just said to hold it carefully. I was actually holding it still for 10 mins of photoshoot only. \nDuring the night reception, all of the flowers were already tumbling down, I had to hold it with me palm so they can 'stand up' and look alive. \n\nSo nope, their fresh flower certainly will not stand 8 hours event even if you freeze it during the day.\n\nAnyway, I complained the next day and got a 10% refund - not enough of compensation to be honest. Cause really, I only want to get my proper white blue bouquet.
