We pack your products with great care and they are stored in temperature controlled environments for the duration of the shipment. If your package is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please let us know immediately. We value our customers and take delivering standards very seriously.

How far in advance should your client make an order?
Small orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days (working days: from Monday to Friday except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). Order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m.; orders made after 5:00 p.m. will be considered as orders made on the following day. For customized orders, please order 2-3 months in advance.
