Ideally, when will your client receive the flowers?
For everyday flowers, we accept orders until at least 6 days before delivery date. For custom designs we accept orders at least two weeks before delivery date. Deliveries are usually run during the morning until noon.

Between two days until one week depending on receiver's care and handling.

What makes your services unique?
Having design backgrounds, we always make sure that our bouquets are not only designed well, but also have character infused in it. We don't aim on making only beautiful flowers, but to also tell a story. Not to mention we have a long term goal related to social innovation in our local botanical farming business.
What is your payment terms?
For bouquets available on our website, a full payment is needed to proceed the order. Customised bouquets require a 80% down payment, with the rest paid before delivery. For events & decoration, customer would need to pay 30% down payment after agreement, 50% before installation, and 20% after the event is concluded.
