The first thing I said to my husband when I saw the real decoration set up was like, “IH GILA BAGUS AMAAAAAAT 😲😲” — it was definitely much much better than the mood board (which are already good) and I love every single thing of it!!!! Fiori has successfully made my banyak mau & perfectionist self so happy to see the results, the colors, the details it really was amazing! Ever since the mood board discussion, design proposals, TM, and up until the day, Fiori has been very accommodating, everything went smooth! Thank you so much Fiori team—Patricia, Cindy, Vanni, Andri & everyone who helped us on our big day. I’ll definitely recommend Fiori to anyone who’s seeking for a decoration vendor. Don’t know what we would do without Fiori. As a bit of background story, we have dealt with another decoration vendor which had a really poor work ethic that we decided to ditch them. So when we found and reached out to Fiori, it felt like an angel sent from above. Fast response since the very first time and stayed so until the end, attentive to our requests, great willingness and ability to explain decoration-related stuff that mere people may find confusing, very helpful and professional too. No flaw at all. At the end of our reception night when we finally got the chance to really see the whole decor set, we just stood in awe in front of it and kept saying “wow, this is so good and exactly what we wanted”. Even with a not so ideal weather for a semi-outdoor wedding, they ensured us that they’ve got everything in control and kept reminding us that we didn’t have to worry about anything and just enjoy the day—and they did make the best out of it. Not to mention, they were also very accommodating when we requested for some material adjustments to match our budget, giving so many options while making sure that we still got our best wedding decor. Thank you to Kak Vanni, Ko Andri, Kak Sherly, and Kak Joseph for everything! If I could, I would recommend Fiori a thousand times to everyone planning a wedding.
