How far in advance should your client make an order?
I encourage my client to place the order as soon as the event date has been set [Ideal time : 6 - 12 months in advance]
It's first come first serve basis.

50% upon confirmation, and another 50% 2 months before the event.
Full payment for the event that less than 4 months
