Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
Private tastings are held at my home baking studio in Mount Sinai Rise.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
We provide customised designs based on our clients desires & wishes. We go through a detailed design & consultation process with our clients to ensure that they are satisfied every step of the way., If clients prefer, we can create a cake for them based on one of our previous designs. As each cake is handcrafted every time, every cake will have slight differences & is unique.
What dietary needs do you accomodate?
Gluten free, Lactose free, Nut free, Organic, Vegan, Vegetarian
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
Our passion for perfection and pleasing our clients means that I am never satisfied unless every cake is produced at the highest standards and attention to detail, all the way from baking only with the best time-tested recipes, using the finest ingredients including French butter, Madagascan vanilla, Maldon sea salt, Callebaut chocolate and freshest produce.
What kind of desserts do you cater?
Cupcakes, Cookies, Macarons
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Depending on the size, design & complexity of the cake, our cakes can take from 1 week to 1 month to prepare. Our cakes are baked within 1-2 days before your event, to ensure that the freshest culinary experience for our clients.
What cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter do you rent out?
We can provide you with a selection of our cake stands, for wedding cakes or larger celebration cake. A security deposit for the cake stand is required, and will be refunded to you when the cake stand is returned to us in its original condition.
What other services do you provide?
Cake cutting, Bonboneries and wedding favors, Botanical sugar flower bouquets or other arrangements.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
Minimum 1-3 months advance notice is required for bespoke wedding & celebration cakes.

All my cakes come with beautiful sugar flowers, and are uniquely handcrafted. We go through a detailed design & consultation process with our clients to ensure that they are satisfied every step of the way. Our inspirational sources include classic buttercream piping techniques reinterpreted in a playful manner, surfaces that have been weathered by experiences, nature or time, swirls and swaths of colour, sometimes adjacent, sometimes under or over, that hint at a greater complexity and richness in tone. Flowers that push the boundaries of fantasy and reality but also try to pay homage to Mother Nature's creativity. The little details that may only really be seen or matter to a curious few.
Every cake we create for our clients is a unique piece of art, as every one of my clients is different. Our passion for perfection and pleasing my clients means that I am never satisfied unless every cake I deliver is produced at the highest standards and attention to detail, all the way from baking only with the best time-tested recipes, to planning, executing & delivering the best possible cake for every client. Our main aim is to provide the best possible service for our client & to ensure their happiness & satisfaction.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer, Credit card payment, Cheques
What is your payment terms?
In order to secure the order, the client is required to pay a 50% deposit. A contract and invoice will also be sent to you to confirm the services. The remaining 50% will be due 1 week before the delivery date.
