Organizing all logistics involved in planning the Wedding.
The provision of regular Event progress updates to the Client.
Schedule of meeting with vendors will be provided for all “on island” visits prior to events dates.
All communication required to finalize the specific requirements of the Event. Communication will include via phone, fax or email.
The organization and coordination, of items and services for the Event, on behalf of the Client, which may include, but is not limited to:
• Venue
• Ceremony
• Flowers
• Decoration
• Food
• Beverages
• Wedding cake
• Entertainment
• Sound System
• Lighting
• Photographer
• Videographer
• Hair and make up
• Transport
Cher Ange weddings & events will be responsible for pre Event set ups at the venues (e.g. marquee, production, rehearsals).
Cher Ange weddings & events will be present to coordinate on Event day, in order to avoid unnecessary stress for the Client.
Cher Ange weddings & events will have access to all best vendors on the island to provide you the services you require and cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made to the venue, its amenities, or house rules which are beyond our control.
Cher Ange weddings & events will endeavor to ensure that any religious, technical and cultural wishes the Client may have are fulfilled.
