"Marc is a urosurgeon and I'm an anesthesiologist, so we're always seeking ways to escape from the hustle and bustle of hospital life," said Nicole, today's featured bride. "We wanted a destination wedding not too far from the city so our busy friends could still come and celebrate with us," she continued. After much discussion, the pair eventually chose the scenic holiday town of Tagaytay as their wedding location. "Tagaytay's breezy weather and picturesque views make it our favorite getaway from the big city," explained Nicole.
Nicole and Marc carefully planned every detail to ensure that everyone would enjoy their wedding day to the fullest. Even their venue was selected with the guests in mind. "Our friends love taking pictures, so we picked venues that would be picture-perfect. Also, I've always been in love with the stained glass windows of the Transfiguration Church of Caleruega," explained Nicole.
After the ceremony, they headed to the Hillcreek Gardens for a festive reception surrounded by their dearest friends and family. "We felt such a happy atmosphere throughout the day, everyone was smiling and having fun," said Nicole. In the end, they got what they had always wanted; a relaxed, laid-back wedding that doubled as an escape from their busy lives.
