Our wedding was no small feat, with over 150 guests flying in from all corners of the world, but thanks to the team at BaliVIP and all the supporting vendors, everything went as well as we had hoped. From the very beginning, we spoke with our planner Casavia (Via) for an introductory call and immediately liked her vibes and professionalism. Throughout the year, we worked closely with Via, Ade and Dewi. They were helpful and patient, always answering our many questions and liaising with our numerous vendors. Via helped to coordinate our pre-wedding shoot, arranged a site visit and food tasting at the wedding venue. The team also took care of every detail, from preparing props for our welcome games day to arranging transportation for our guests and planning wet weather alternatives. On the wedding weekend itself, the rest of the BaliVIP team and assistant teams were great. They were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and our guests were well taken care of. Even after the wedding, Via continued to assist with some post-wedding matters. What we appreciated most about working with BaliVIP was that no request was too big, no matter how crazy our requests seemed. Via and the team understood our vision and was willing to make things happen for us. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their weekend at Camp JJ and are still talking about it till today.
