What is your payment terms?
Deposit:
- 1st deposit is 25% from the total invoice to secure the blocking (Non refundable) (6 months prior to the wedding)
- 2nd deposit is another 25% from the total invoice to secure the blocking (Non refundable) (3 months prior to the wedding)
- 3rd deposit Balance payment of 50% from the total invoice or equal to 100% from the total invoice (1 month prior to the wedding)
Cancelation:
- Upon signing contract to 90 days: 50% charge from the total room and F&B revenue lost
- 89 – 30 days prior to the wedding: 75% charge from the total room and F&B revenue lost
- Below 30 days prior to the wedding: 100% charge from the total room and F&B revenue lost
