On photo booth hire, are prints included with your rental rates?
We have several packges, prints included or not included.
Can special messages be displayed on index prints?
It may be designed by you, or we can design it for you, based on your order, of course ;)
How far in advance should your client make a booking?
We usually prefer orders which has been booked at least 1 month in advance. In special cases, we may accept orders with booking less than 1 month, but additional charge may incur.
What makes your product and services unique?
We make decoration with uniquely customized themes. We will design your party or your photobooth based on your request, whether it is a cupcake store theme, garden theme, rustic picnic theme, etc. You name it, we'll make it.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per event, depending on your theme request. For photo instant, we charge hourly with several kinds of packages. Contact us for further details.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
IDR 500,000 for down payment. The rest of the payment may be discussed, but we usually ask for payment fulfillment 1 week before the event.
When was your business established?
Our business started back in 2012, when we first decorated our friends photobooth's wedding. Since then, we expand our business into party planner, photobooth decoration, and photo instant. Right now, we are one of very few photobooth vendors which specialized in uniquely customized themes.
