Vowever is the dream team! We couldnt have asked for a better team to bring our Bali wedding to life. Coming from the Philippines, planning a destination wedding felt overwhelming at first, but Vowever made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I learned about Vowever through an instagram post of a Bali-based decoration vendor. They were tagged in a photo. My maid of honor suggested to check out Vowever because the name is very unique. If you are a bride-to-be, go check their instagram account! When you check their Instagram, you will notice how organized and clean it is. You can see portfolios of weddings they have organized. The account is very well managed. That in itself is proof of their professionalism. My wedding planning experience started becoming exciting when my then fiance and I made that call with Anthony. Any bride who had made that call would I think agree with me that Anthony is the most optimistic person about your own wedding. You join in the call clueless on how to make this destination wedding a reality, and then poof comes Anthony with a beaming smile. He is as excited as the bride and groom. His energy is so contagious, he made us feel excited about the wedding. What we thought was impossible suddenly became achievable. Also, Anthony is like this all throughout --from that first call until the end of the wedding. Always with a beaming smile! Three months after the initial assessment (Bali area you want to host the wedding, number of guests, type of venue), Anthony introduced as to Ari, our assigned wedding manager. Ari is an angel - soft spoken, always with an ear to listen, and very patient. Her calm persona suits the job. When the going gets tough, it pays to have someone who is calm. Any question, no matter how silly it may seem, Ari will always listen and will always answer them. One particular problem I encountered (a product of a brides crazy idea), was when I decided to have 21 bridesmaids (friendly bride here). I was not able to consider the expense related to a big entourage. I was just thinking of the fun. I realized late, I did not want to spend 21 bouquets because I know they will just get drunk later. It was so stressful hahah But Ari and Anthony -the problem solver they are - were able to make arrangement with Cloris Decoration. They allowed us to make our own bouquets, and Cloris provided us with the flowers. My bride squad is still talking about that experience, even up to now. Takeaway here --- Vowever will find a way to make your wedding stress-free!. Vowever is honest and transparent. I think this is very important to us, especially since we are overseas. Every transaction you make through them is always reflected in an invoice. You can keep track of the expenses because they give you a breakdown of every thing you have paid. They give you the contact info of the suppliers and the moment you make the downpayment with a vendor, you can already communicate with that vendor if you have specific concerns. And I appreciate that so much. On our wedding day, we didnt have to worry about a thing. The team handled everything with so much care and efficiency. I have always imagined my wedding day to be the busiest day. But I was so surprised, the schedule was not that hectic. I had 2 hours long break on that day. I was able to rest 2 hours before the ceremony. I felt the prettiest because I did nothing that day - I did not even have to think when to drink my water. Dea, my bride assistant that day, was so efficient. She made me wish I can have a Dea in my work-life too. haha She basically did the thinking for me on that day. You have nothing to worry when you have Dea! Thirsty, Dea has a glass of water; hungry, she has snacks; sleepy, hands you coffee; stain on your dress, she can wipe that away; last minute jitters, she will remind you how beautiful you are as a bride. If Dea is a country, she is Japan. Before you can ask a question, she will already offer the answer. Thats how efficient she is as a bride assistant. And thats how I enjoyed being a bride. Lastly, our guests were blown away by the beautiful setup, the food, and the seamless flow of events. It became a night everyone will never forget. Finding the right wedding planner & organizer is the most important decision when planning your wedding. For us, we had filtered down to 5 options, until finally calling with Vowever. The moment we spoke on the phone with ko Anthony from Vowever, there was so much positive & friendly energy that we clicked right away. We made the decision to go with Vowever almost immediately after that phone call. And Anthony's genuine character stayed the same throughout the entire planning process! And especially seeing him on video calls & meeting him in person, his smile and positivity is so infectious! Throughout the process, Bella helped us through it all. Let me break it down why we love her so much: 1. She made it feel like we werent alone, I thought (before starting wedding planning), that planning your big day is terrifying, but somehow with her, she made it seem so much easier, so much less stress - free. 2. Whenever I asked for her input, she gave her honest opinion on what she thought. For example I was thinking of adding something (which cost much more), she told me it wasnt worth it and its better to allocate into a better & more worth it option, and she suggested where to allocate it. 3. She listens to what you want & tries to give her best. 4. She was kind, patient, genuine & very cooperative. 5. She goes out of her way to give you her best. She was willing to do even some small print outs for our holy matrimony & ceremony-- which I heard from some of my friends they didnt get that from their WO. 6. She helped us negotiate for the best deal with vendors. 7. At the end, talking with her & her helping everything made it feel like she was a very good friend, she made the experience much easier & enjoyable for us. 8. Our family, bridesmaids & groomsmen thought Vowever did an amazing job on the day--- they were fast, on time & professional. So would I recommend Vowever? A thousand times yes! We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible job our wedding planner did in bringing our vision to life. All of our guests kept commenting on how well-organized the day was, and it truly felt like a professional production from start to finish. One thing to note during the wedding planning process we did find our own vendors and negotiated out own prices for certain aspects of the wedding as some of the vendors recommended to us was out of our budget or not our style. It wasnt very hard, just go through the vendors on bride story and IG and contact them via whatsapp. However,what really stood out to us was the level of personalized care. The planning team provided an assistant for the bride and groom, our mothers, the MC, the best man, and even the bridesmaids, despite us not having a bridal party. Having that support made a HUGEEE difference. We were able to enjoy the day without stressing over the logistics, knowing everything was being handled perfectly. I'll admit, like many couples in Australia, we initially questioned whether hiring a wedding planner was worth the cost, especially when many couples opt to forgo this service in Australia. But after experiencing the impeccable service firsthand, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. The value it added to our wedding was immense, and I would recommend it to anyone planning their special day. If youre on the fence, trust me, the investment is absolutely worth it! It truly made all the difference in making our wedding day unforgettable and enjoyable!

We decided to use Vowever after looking on countless Wedding Organizers in Bali. I dont know why somehow i am drawn to use Vowever. Even though my wedding didnt go according to plan (hence the rain) The Vowever team was trying their best to made our wedding special... Shout out to Anthony, Ari, and Claudia and the rest of the team for being adaptable when the rain suddenly decides to pour right before the Holy Matrimony.... I believe there's no such thing as perfect wedding but overall i'm satisfied with their service. We had the privilege of working with Vowever for 2 of our weddings - in Jakarta and Bali handled by Anthony and Bella respectively. Both are professional, punctual, friendly and resourceful. We appreciate the fact that they always put our interests first. For our Bali wedding, we were very impressed with the team's ability to come up with a plan B as it rained during the day.
