But it's always nice to meet for a chat if possible! Otherwise, phone or email!
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
I have the very best gear, but I also have an underwater kit for getting wet and getting some extra special images!
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
I have a small netweork of excellent professionals who can cover me if need be. But I never, ever miss a wedding shoot.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I provide all high-res digital images both in color and black and white.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
I'm available any time.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I direct, but not in an over-bearing way. I prefer natural looking photos to heavily posed images.
What rate do you usually charge at?
It depends on location and package!
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Within 4 weeks.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Within 4 weeks.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Any time, but between 6-18 months out is a good range!

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
I appreciate a meal after a long day of shooting, but it's not a pre-requisite!

Bank transfer, PayPal
What is your payment terms?
$400 deposit, balance due on day of wedding (or shortly afterwards).
