Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Of course, i will make sure for the replacement and ensuring for the optimum quality given
Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
We are flexible, it's up to the client which one suit them the best
Are you available to shoot after hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, depends on our whole working schedule, especially on the next day but we will try our best in fulfilling the request. We charge another IDR 750,000 for the extra hours
How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
The soon after we give the CD which contains all the high-res digital files, usually takes up approximately 1 week
When will the client get the final album?
Approximately within 3-4 weeks , at the very least it would be around 2 month maximum, it also based on our working schedule
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We will give all the high-res digital files through CD and give another one for backup also

Digital files, Hi-Res image, Proof CD of all images

try to find the best angles,direction and expressions, especially when the couple are comfortable during the session

we are charging depends on the specified package/agreement that our clients need. usually by hours

we'll discuss the matter with the clients, whether or not they will be needing the files urgently. But in normal process, it will take around a week until maximum 1 month after the event
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
final result will maximumly provided to the clients below 2 month, depends on the urgency and our production process

the ideal time will be at least 2 until 3 month prior to the event date, in exception of urgency and also agreement between us and the client also
