We met Novi during Bridestory Market 1,5 years before our wedding day. The chemistry was obviously there, and we booked TRT to help plan and organize our wedding day right away. Despite the postponement for a year, Novi does not neglect us although our wedding has a lengthy timeline. She is super helpful, quick and nimble - we could not ask for a better wedding planner. Planning was fun and smooth. Novi always comes with creative solutions. We believe she has great experience. During our planning, Lingga also saved us from all the planning fiasco. Lano was also always there to help us with guest accommodations and experience. We are so grateful for them. Our parents and family love TRT as well. On D-day, the team was very very quick and alert. They hid all the difficulties from us too well apparently, maybe thats also why we had the best day of our lives. Both PICs handling Ronald and I were also great - super grateful for them. Could not thank TRT enough for our wedding. Could not recommend TRT enough. It was such a perfect day. Thank you so much TRT.

From the very first interaction that we were able to have with Jessica & Lisa, all the way through until the execution of our two events, the service has been exceptional and above and beyond our expectations. Being a couple with two diverse backgrounds, we came with a special request of organizing two events for us, including a Western ceremony, as well as a traditional Javanese ceremony. Although the Javanese ceremony was something new to TRT (The Right Two), they were highly motivated to take on this challenge and we had full confidence in them, based on the initial discussion we had. The entire team of TRT has then started to organize and arrange everything into the very last detail. We only came with two venues in mind, which were finalized already, everything else, from decor, over sound system, cake suppliers, vendors, all until the very tiniest detail was suggested by them. What we loved was the fact that they always gave options for us to choose from and never just only one possible solution, which was a very refreshing take on customized and personalized service. Their care extended way beyond the two events themselves, as they assisted with the arrangements of airport transfers for all of our guests, coordinating with all of our guests on getting to the venues, being on time with all of our entourage as well with personal assistants throughout, it truly has been an exceptional experience. As both Devi and I are hospitality professionals working in senior leadership roles, we have both been amazed by the hospitality we have received by the TRT team. Talking hotel terms, we can stay this was above and beyond 5 star luxury and truly inspirational. Their communication from the beginning of our first encounter, all the way through until after the events is commendable. Their attention to detail is unparallelled and although the Javanese wedding was something entirely new to them as well, they were super switched on, learned on the spot, shared the information with their entire team, so that everyone knew exactly what needed to be done and where we all needed to be. I am still having goosebumps writing about this experience. From pre-wedding photoshoots, food tasting, to dry cleaning, to a fully personalized rundown before the actual events, everything was perfectly curated the way we wanted it to be and both Devi and I cannot thank the TRT team enough for their passion, dedication and commitment to making these events truly unforgettable for our guests, as well as for us. They always say, the bride and groom rarely have time to enjoy their own wedding with everything happening, but I must admit, we both had a blast and truly enjoyed our wedding(s) from beginning to end. We are honestly blown away with everything that has been done and the TRT has truly surpassed our expectations in any and every way possible. The young team of TRT truly has shown that they are motivated to compete with the best of the best at a very reasonable price and we cannot recommend them enough, as they truly deserve the highest level of praise. Mika has been a super supportive wedding planner, she saved me from various of options and always provides me with positive and timely responses. Its a tough time preparing for a destination wedding and we were not familiar with all the choices available and the practises in Bali. Mika has been so patient with us since the first day we consulted for her services and provided us with a lot of recommendations and options. And she is so nice that given that I am a bride with difficulty in making decisions, Mika always offers help to us. Also, on the wedding day, its a superb experience. Both myself and the groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen and also our immediate relatives got assigned with personal assistants which is an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone is praising the assistants as they are so sweet and caring. All my family members and bridesmaids have a really positive comments regarding the team. The whole TRT team is also super helpful and considerate. They will alter the arrangements for us and ensure that we are hassle-free on the day. I have nothing more than big thank you to them. My wedding wouldnt be so perfect with TRT and TRT is definitely the best choices I have made for my wedding. It was a tough decision to make when i first looked for a wedding planner from a wide range of options, but I am glad that I have found TRT. Merasa beruntung, bahagia, dan terharu kita dipertemukan sama TRT di masa persiapan wedding yang tergolong singkat (ketemu TRT bulan Feb’24 dan acara di Aug’24) dannn diselingi dengan LDR London-Jakarta selama 4 bulan. Tapi tak apa! Karena pertolongan Tuhan (dan WP WO kita yang baik banget kayak malaikat, sesuai namanya, Michaela) semua bisa berjalan dengan mulus tanpa ada masalah yang berarti. Okay, secara subjektif kita udah jatuh cinta banget sama TRT, mulai dari cara pendekatannya yang personalised dan cocok sama aku dan suami, juga team2nya yang bener2 solid! Terstruktur! Ini membantu banget buat orang2 yang punya waktu terbatas untuk mikirin perintilan, tenanglah guys mereka sudah punya patokan yang rapih, masuk akal, tapi tetap bisa ikutin keperluan kita 2. Koneksi luas! Se Bali kali ya? Intinya vendor2 yang mereka punya itu ga main2, jadi ngurangin waktu research kita! Kebetulan kemarin core vendor kita (Ritz, Ailuosi, Voir) tuh juga temen2nyq TRT jadi makin mulus deh eksekusinya 3. Transparan dan selalu kasih financial impact ke kita! Pastinya kalo lagi nikahan, ada saja tambahan2 yang impact ke budget nikahan - Mika selalu transparan kasih impact ke biaya dan selalu mau open for discussion kalo memang kita punya concern di perbudgetan. 4. Customer centric! I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with our wedding organizer, Velia, and the entire TRT team.
