The Right Two

We started our journey with the Right Two during our last visit to Bali just over a year ago based on a recommendation from one of our friends. Living in Australia, having a destination wedding in Bali and crossing two different family cultures was always going to involve lots of online communication which Novi - our Right Two Angel - but Novi and her team made things easy and seamless for us. It was clear to me that Novi and the team had a lot of experience with what we were after as they always had an answer for the many questions we had. Once we were comfortable that the Right Two understood us - as a couple - and what we were trying to achieve we really took a step back and let them run through their well-established process of organising our wedding. The 12 months went very quickly and a couple of weeks back we found ourselves arriving in Bali getting ready for our big day. All we had left was one final meeting the - technical run-through - with the Right Two team and representatives from all the vendors to go through the timing of everything and make some final adjustments. On the morning of our wedding day the weather was not looking great but after a few hours the sky cleared up and we had the most amazing day. Everything went off like clockwork and things seemed to just fall into place at the right time – effortlessly. A true testament to the Right Two on having the right crew and oversight in place so my wife and I could focus on our family and friends and didn't have to worry about anything else. We were kept informed along the way when things took more time than planned (i.e. taking photos with many different groups) seeking our permission to wrap things up in order to get to all planned activities. The feedback from our guest was ranging from extremely enjoyable to amazing and well organised – the Right Two got it right. Choosing a wedding organizer was really overwhelming at first, especially since our friends didn't have any recommendations for Bali weddings. But then we met TRT at a Bridestory event, and it felt like destiny. We knew right away they were the perfect match for us. Michaela was our rock throughout the 1.5 years of planning. She helped us find the best vendors and offered amazing advice, always with a warm and supportive attitude. Dita was a lifesaver during our pre-wedding day, making sure everything was in order and keeping us calm. I will not forget all the very useful brainstorming and checkpoint sessions either in Bali or Jakarta🙈 (thanks Novi and Jeje for being so patient) without your guidance, we would have gotten lost planning the ballroom wedding with the complexity of managing so many overseas guests, 2 big family from me and Michael in the VIP area, and a very long list of photo groups. 😅 During the day, I am so happy that we were still on track with the rundown, and everything was on schedule. Also all the ceremony, first dance went well!! Thankyou to Tata for your assistance and tremendous support during the day 🫶🏻 TRT have consistently gone above and beyond to understand our needs, address our concerns, and provide us with the resources and support we've needed. If you are looking for a wedding planner, please choose The Right Two! I’m a super happy and satisfied client, and I’ll tell you the most important pillars that made my experience such a breeze. First, they have excellent communication skills. Very efficient and effective. From planning to the day of the wedding, all team members had full information on every details regarding our wedding. No one ever said, “Oh, I don’t know, let me ask someone.” Second, they were very focused. They acknowledged all of our requests, so nothing was missed. They even surprised me on the day. They documented everything, and even when I sometimes forgot my own requests, they executed everything exceptionally well. On our wedding day, a lot of things happened that were out of our control. But again, because TRT is a team of people that focus on solutions, which is the most important thing after all — everything proceeded beautifully. I was handled by Jessica, Velia, Ara, and Thania in the group. They were really helpful. Whenever I was confused, Jessica and Velia always came up with ideas, pros and cons, and solutions. Honestly, I kind of miss them now that the wedding is over. It just shows that planning the wedding with them was a moment I truly cherish. Our Wedding day assistants Kak Reggy, Ko Cintra and our Parents/BM/GM’s assistants were excellent in making our special day run smoothly. Ko Anthony was especially delighted with Ko Cintra’s help. Once again, thank you TRT TEAM for making our wedding run so perfectly, with an event that felt warm, cozy, and very effortless. Dari awal kita planning wedding udah dibantuin sama team TRT. Itu helpful bgt apalagi saya ga tinggal di Indonesia. Jadi semuanya hanya via whatsapp n zoomcall.
