GUARANTEE, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- First payment of 25% of the total quoted fee is required to be received upon confirmation.
Preferred wedding date will only be blocked once confirmation has been made.
- Second payment of 50% of the total quoted fee is required to be received 90 days prior to arrival by the latest.
- Final payment of the remaining fee is required to be received 45 days prior to the event date.
- The hotel shall be entitled to retain any of the deposits or payments made prior to the date of the event if a cancellation is made, either wholly or partially, by the wedding client or its affiliates, designee, or assignee, for any reason and actions that may be deemed a breach of this contract, other than “Force Majeure”.
