How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
The couple will receive some level of directing from us, while we would be capturing special moments of the wedding from a corner most of the time.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge according to the wedding package selected by the couple.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Maximum of 3 months.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be 6-12 months prior to the wedding.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
The number of team members involved depends on the scale of wedding.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our clients would provide our meals but we could take care of our own meals if it was informed to us before the event.
What payment systems are available for your business?

What is your payment terms?
50% for confirmation of booking, 50% for 1 month before event.
