50% after confirmation of contract with min 10% for Down Payment, 25% after the event, 25% after the final output is delivered

Our business started since late 2015.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our clients provide meals. However, we could take care of our own meals if it is not provided.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We mostly charge our services per event/depending on what the clients request
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We direct them to do several poses, but we still focus on taking candid moments (that maybe they do/do not realize) so the results will be natural.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
The clients usually get the proof ready for review 2-3 weeks after the event
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
The clients usually get the final product 6-8 weeks after the event
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
At least once before the D-Day
