Appointed as caterer for the famous KUD function in Putrajaya which attracted more than 50000 visitors each time since the beginning of the bi-annual function 5 years ago.
In 2016, provide for twice Gala Dinner for McDonald Malaysia, 800pax all dome set dinner
How far in advance should your client contact you?
We would higjly appreciate if customer may contact us 3 months in advance for wedding, and 1 month in advance for other functions
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
For wedding: 10% upon confirmation, 60% in 30 days from the event, final 30% in 2 weeks before the event date.
For other functions: 50% upon confirmation and 50% upon delivery.
We do offer credit to long term customer and established organization.
When was your business established?
We started in 2002 and currently we operate 3 restaurant outlets that are popularly known as Restoran Serambi Melayu, and a catering centre that has been in operation since 2008.
What makes your services unique?
We provide from a basic package to a complete package that you may leave all your catering needs entirely with us. Just focus on inviting your guests, get dressed up, and entertain your guests. the rest we will handle. Our chefs are also flexible with the menu options, cookings menu can be seasonal at times ànd we always try to propose what is popular as well as traditional, and definitely we offer food tasting to confirmed customers.
