If you’re happen to visit Surabaya, our manager will be happy to meet you . other wise , whatsapp , emails , or even skype / facetime would be just nice

we use numbers of gears basically. depends on the location and the lighting conditions. all digital, we use full-frame cameras
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
We have many teams ready to replace if there are obstacles or similarities in the schedule of the event
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
All files i will give you with USB flashdrive
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
During the wedding day, we normally let thing rolls as they do, letting all the beautiful moment to unveil itself without any interruption. We would only direct during the portrait and family session. And it would normally be as natural as possible, which intends to show the connections of you both
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge daily and the designed packages are well made to suit your request
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Up to 4 weeks for the preview files
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Up to 16 weeks for final production
How far in advance should your client contact you?
It is a pretty tight year, a 12 months early reservation is highly advisable

Our photographs focus on the story of the day instead of a posed and arranged photos. We believe that every wedding has it's unique story that are topped with a strong chemistry. We pay so much attention here, and make sure that they are well captured. This is intended to make the photos as raw as possible and lasts a lifetime
What is your payment terms?
A 50% non-refundable fee is required to reserve the date and the remaining 50% is required a week prior to the wedding day

Sollo started in the early 2019, but Andre has been in the industry for numbers of years.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Nothing much, during wedding day we normally keep on working and require a really short break for meals during lunch and early dinner time. It is normally provided by the organiser and do not worry about missing the important moments, we have set up a system to prevent that from happening
