The sooner the better, but usually our service requires 4 weeks production-delivery process. We would expect to have 1-2 weeks to finalize design and specifications, so in total, it would be ideal to start consultation 6 weeks prior to your special day.
How long in general does it take for your client to get the final attire?
The final product can be delivered approximately within 4 weeks after purchase order is finalized.
What makes your services unique?
We provide customized shoes as per client's requirements. We only use high quality real leather for shoe upper, lining, and sole. Clients can request for additional height to boost confidence especially during the special occasions. Also, clients can add personal touch through personalized laser engrave on the insoles.

What is your payment terms?
50% down payment after the specifications are finalized, 50% after product is finished and ready for delivery. Additional delivery fee (through well known courier service) will be calculated as per destination.

Our business started on 2015. Our craftsmen have 10+ years experience in shoe industry.
What type of leather are you using?
We use cow leather, calf leather, and also exotic leather like horse, bison, etc. We use lambskin for the lining and sockliner. We use 100% real leather.
What type of construction are you using?
We build our shoes using goodyear welt technique that is well known for its durability and quality. With proper care, the shoes can last for long time.
