Awalnya kita udah punya design undangan yg mau dicetak tapi karena pandemi konsep wedding pun berubah jadi online. What is your average turnaround time, from initial consultation to shipment?
For smaller package, you could have your invitation ready as soon as we confirmed your payment. For invitation with custom domain, your invitation will also be ready instantly but we do need around 1 hour to setup your custom domain. Custom invitation design usually done in 2 days depending on customer approval on the design.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
Pay only when you are ready. Though, our invitations are usually used to predict guests number so that couples are able to book venue and catering accordingly.
What makes your services unique?
Well for starter, there's no other service provides invitation like we do. Other so called online/digital invitations are usually in a form of video, or when they are web-based they'll usually be a wedding website complete with your photo album and how you met story. We won't embarrass you by letting your guests know how you two met or how your first kiss was, we don't do that. We let you tell that awesome stories yourselves, at the wedding.
Our invitations are designed to meet not only brides and grooms needs but also to meet your guests need. Our invitations are packed with numerous features to help you spread the word and help your guests arrived at your wedding. Our invitation won't show you any map, but we'll give you driving direction instead. You do live streaming? Let's put the link on your invitation. You have several wedding events? Sayaterima was born from the needs of it's founder when they planned for their very own marriage back then in 2018. Sayaterima first invitation was not made to be sold or a business. It was only after the first invitation shared, friends and guests asked us to make the same invitation for them.
