We are so thankful that we chose Renaissance to be our wedding venue, the team especially Ci Fenny, Ka Yeremia, and Ci Irene were so helpful from the beginning until the end of the ceremony. Little did we know that the hotel had barely opened! The cove itself is the only one of its kind in Bali, with a Crazy Rich Asian concept. I still remember clearly when we arrived at the hotel; one of the concierge team members humbly welcomed us and recognized our reservation name as titanium members. This assurance made us confident in choosing Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort as our wedding venue because they truly excel at member recognition. From day 1 of our communication with the sales team to the final farewell, her professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. Our assigned sales representative listened to our concerns and preferences, offering valuable insights and creative suggestions that enhanced our wedding plans. The wedding spaces (The Cove) provided by the hotel were nothing short of breathtaking. Our outdoor ceremony took place with a barefoot experience for all our guests; the sales team even advised us on the best ceremony time to ensure our guests wouldnt feel too hot. They were consistently responsive to our chats and requests. Accommodations for both ourselves and our guests were comfortable. Despite the hotel not being fully open yet, the attention to detail in the amenities and decor did not go unnoticed. Looking back, choosing Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made. The mesmerizing beauty and unique experience of the venue, along with the attentive staff, outstanding accommodations, and culinary delights, all combined to create a wedding day that felt like a true fairy tale.
