Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
We're both canon user, and we use mostly available light (day light/artificial light) and we employ external flash when shooting interior or when light source are limited.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Prior to any change of date/time of event, we will provide another photographer which we trust and are able to shoot according to our standard.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We will provide selected edited images and unlimited images soft copy in DVD
Are you available to shoot after hours?
But only the if client agree to add extra charges per hour.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We usually give direction verbally and visually. As husband and wife, it is easier for us to direct the client the right way to pose. We just show them visually and they can copy us, its that easy.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge hourly for pre wedding/ post wedding and also based on package that the bride picked.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Client usually get the proof ready for review 8-10 weeks after the event.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Client shall receive the final product between 10-12 weeks after the event
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for the client to contact me is between 6-12 months prior to the event.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client will provide the meal, but we are able to to take care of ours, as long as we were informed before D-day.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
20% to book date, 70% 1 month before event, 10% upon final delivery.
