Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we do have backup procedures for anticipate bad things happen. Not just photographers, make up artist, even our photo assistants.

Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
We prefer to charge it based on package, every client is unique and has different needs for their wedding. Accommodate
Are you available to shoot after hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We can talk it as a part of package, who knows you can get it for free
How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
2 weeks maximum for preview, afterward we will your photo selection
When will the client get the final album?
3 months after client hands over photo selection to us
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, we do, in flash drive.
